• Free Shipping:
  1. We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada for purchases over $150 (before taxes).
  • Flat Rate Shipping:
  1. For orders under $150 (before taxes), we charge a flat rate of $14.99.
  • Shipping Carrier:
  1. We mostly use Purolator or FedEx for shipping.
    Purolator operates Monday to Friday for pick-up and delivery.
  • Tracking Information:
  1. Once your order has been manifested, we will provide you with a Purolator tracking number.
  • Shipping Times:
  • We ship from the West Island of Montreal, and typical delivery times are as follows:
  1. Quebec and Ontario: 1-2 business days
  2. Maritimes and the Prairies: 1-4 business days
  3. British Columbia and Alberta: 2-5 business days
  4. Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut: 5-10 days
  • Remote Locations:
  1. Please note that Purolator may charge significantly more for deliveries to remote locations.
  2. In some cases, they may not deliver to these areas at all.
  • Communication with Clients:
  1. If additional shipping fees apply, we will contact the client to discuss options.
  2. If the client decides not to proceed with the order due to extra shipping costs, we will cancel the order and issue a refund immediately.

 

🔒 Shipping Responsibility & Insurance Selection

Please review and select one option before completing your order:

  • All orders are shipped via third-party carriers (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Once your order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you.

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless Secure Shipping Insurance is purchased.


Secure Shipping Insurance – $5.99

For $5.99, your order is protected against:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages (including porch theft)

  • Carrier misdelivery

  • Transit damage

If insurance is declined:

  • You assume full responsibility once the order leaves our facility.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for carrier-related issues.

  • Delivery confirmation and this acknowledgment may be used as evidence in any payment dispute or chargeback.
